Keeping your number?

To prevent your current number from being lost for good, don't cancel your old service until you complete the activation and transfer process with us!

Step 1: Confirm your Phone is Unlocked

• Android: contact your previous carrier

• Apple: go to your phone settings/general/about/phone locked or unlock (contact your current carrier if you are still unsure)

Step 2: Get Information to transfer your number

• Account Number:  check your bill or account online
  

• Transfer or “Port-out” pin:  contact your previous carrier

• Zip code on account billing address
  

Step 3: Download the App to complete your activation
