Yes! Adding a line is simple. Before reaching checkout, you can add lines to your order. You can also add lines any time later on through the Boost Infinite app.

You can check data usage and manage your other lines through the Boost Infinite app.

Wait until after you activate your Boost Infinite service to cancel. Service has to be active with your old carrier so they can release your phone number. No one wants their number lost in limbo.
To prevent your current number from being lost for good, don’t cancel your old service until you complete the activation and transfer process with us!
Step 1. Make sure your phone isn't carrier-locked
If you didn't buy your phone from us, make sure it isn't locked to your current wireless carrier. Contact the carrier you purchased your phone with to unlock your phone. We'll help you handle the rest.
Step 2. Know your current wireless carrier information
If you're transferring a number, make sure to have your account number with your old carrier on-hand.
Step 3. Know your telephone number transfer PIN
You'll need a number transfer PIN (sometimes called a port-out PIN) from your current wireless carrier.
Step 4. Update your phone software
Make sure your phone has been updated to the latest software.
Download the Boost Infinite app and sign in to your account. Follow the on-screen instructions for transferring your number.
Prior to installing your SIM card, please ensure:
Step 1: Turn Off Your Phone
Keep your phone off until you reach Step 4.
Step 2: Locate Your Phone's SIM
Locate the SIM tray on your phone (typically, you’ll find your SIM tray on the side or bottom edge of your phone). Insert the provided SIM-ejector tool into your phone's SIM tray hole. Push gently until the tray ejects.
Step 3: Identify & Insert New SIM
Note how your SIM is sitting in the tray, and take it out. This will make your life way easier. Next, locate the SIM card included in the SIM Kit.
Pop out the new SIM card and insert it into the tray.
Step 4: Activate Your Phone
Power on your phone, and follow the on-screen instructions in your Boost Infinite app to complete activation.
As of right now, only members with an iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR or newer iPhone will be able to activate their service with eSIM.
Prior to installing your eSIM, please ensure:
Step 1: Open the Boost Infinite app and sign in to begin activation.
Step 2: Enter the IMEI2 number of your phone. You can find it by dialing *#06# or by going to Settings and selecting About.
Step 3: Select Yes! Activate with eSIM now.
Step 4: Choose if you want a new number or if you’re transferring your existing number.
The eSIM push for activating a new number can take a few minutes to process. Activations are usually complete in less than 30 minutes.
The eSIM push for transferring your current number can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
Step 5: Press Activate eSIM.
Step 6: Before installing the new eSIM profile, remove or delete any physical SIMs or eSIMs that you won’t be using. This includes all SIMs from the network you’re porting from.
Step 7: Before installing the eSIM, make sure you don’t have any other Apple devices connected to your Wi-Fi.
Step 8: Press Install eSIM and Continue. If you’re transferring your existing number, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.
In most cases, activation just takes a few minutes.
If you're bringing your own device to Boost Infinite, there are a few extra settings to update that will ensure you’re getting the most out of our network. Here, we’ll walk you through updating your Access Point Name (APN) settings.
By updating your APN settings, you’ll be able to send and receive multimedia messages (MMS) and use mobile data to connect to the internet.
Update your APN settings using the CarrierApp
The easiest and fastest way to update your APN settings is using CarrierApp. CarrierApp runs in the background and isn't displayed in your app menu, but it’ll automatically detect your SIM card and configure your phone for you.
Step 1. Go to the Google Play Store and install CarrierApp.
Step 2. Restart your phone.
Step 3. The CarrierApp will update your APN settings for you.
Keep in Mind:
Your Android device will need to be updated to Android 7 or newer for the CarrierApp to work
The CarrierApp will only update your APN settings when you've inserted your Boost Infinite SIM card. Installing CarrierApp will not affect your existing APN settings if you're still under your current carrier during the transfer/port to complete
Ensure the pSIM is toggled ON within SIM manager
Uninstalling the app after you've updated your APN settings will not undo your changes
Setting your APN Manually
If you don’t want to download CarrierApp, follow these steps to manually update the access point name (APN) settings of your Android phone after you have inserted your SIM card and activated your plan.
Step 1. Go to Settings (located in Apps or in the pull-down notifications tray).
Step 2. Go to Connections > Network Connections (or Network and Internet, depending on your phone).
Step 3. Select Mobile Networks and ensure Mobile Data is enabled.
Step 4. Select Access Point Names or "APN" (this may be in your phone’s Advanced options).
Step 5. Select Add or the plus "+" sign to add a new APN.
Step 6. Enter the following information (ignore the fields that aren't listed here):
Name – boost
APN – ereseller
MMSC – http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
Multimedia message proxy / MMS Proxy – proxy.mobile.att.net
Multimedia message proxy / MMS Port – 80
APN Type – default,mms,supl,fota,xcap
APN Protocol – IPv4 / IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol – IPv4 / IPv6
Turn APN on/off / APN enable/disable – Enabled
Mobile virtual network operator type / MVNO Type – GID
Step 7. Select Save (you may need to select the three dot iconin the upper right corner of the screen, depending on your phone).
Step 8. Ensure the APN you created is selected on the APN screen.
Step 9. Restart your phone.
Step 10. Test your phone's connection by turning off WiFi, then making a call, sending a picture text message (bonus points if it's a good meme), and loading a web page.

Learn about the taxes, surcharges and fees
We apply taxes, surcharges and fees to your Boost Infinite service based on rates decided by federal, state and local laws.
Federal Universal Service Fund Surcharge
The Federal Universal Service Fund supports the telecommunications needs of consumers living in high-cost service areas, low-income households, schools, libraries and rural healthcare providers. The amount we charge you is meant to recover our contribution to the fund. The FCC adjusts the amount we are required to contribute each quarter and therefore, we may adjust the amount charged on your bill to account for these changes. For more information on the Federal Universal Service Fund, please visit https://www.fcc.gov/general/universal-service.
Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee
The Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee is charged to recover the following regulatory costs incurred by Boost Infinite: Federal Telecommunications Relay Service, (Federal TRS) various FCC Regulatory fees and the cost to comply with other federal regulatory programs.
State and local charges vary depending on your place of primary use. Some of the more common charges, which may or may not appear on your bill, include:
Sales and Use Tax
Taxes assessed by state, county or city governments on telephone services that are imposed on the consumer. Boost Infinite is required to collect and remit these taxes to the applicable government authority.
911 or E911 Charge
A dedicated tax that provides funds for the communications systems that support emergency and quick response police, fire and ambulance services with identification of phone number and location. These are imposed on the consumer. Boost Infinite is required to collect and remit these taxes to the applicable government authority.
Special District Sales Tax
These taxes are assessed outside the scope of states, counties or cities and are used for transit districts, stadium districts and other special purpose tax districts. They are imposed on the consumer. Boost Infinite is required to collect and remit these taxes to the applicable government authority.
Communication Services Tax
These taxes are applied similar to sales and use taxes, but are specifically applied to communication services including wireless telephone service. They are imposed on the consumer. Boost Infinite is required to collect and remit these taxes to the applicable government authority.
Gross Receipts Tax
These taxes are assessed by state, county or city governments on wireless telephone service. Amounts charged by Boost Infinite are remitted to the applicable government authority.
Depending on the location of your place of primary use, certain State and Local regulatory surcharges may be applied to recover costs incurred by Boost Infinite for State regulatory requirements. These charges are generally meant for reimbursement of taxes imposed on Boost Infinite that we are choosing to pass on to the consumer. These include, but are not limited to the following:
State Universal Service Fund Surcharge/State High Cost Fund Surcharge
These surcharges help to keep basic exchange rates affordable to all customers who live in the state. Funds collected are remitted to the state utility commission. Please note, the Texas Universal Service Fund assessment rate has been increased from 3.3% to 24% effective August 1, 2022.
The California PUC has adopted a new surcharge mechanism to fund the State’s Universal Service Public Purpose Programs. Effective 4/1/2023, each wireless line will be subject to a surcharge of $1.11 per month. Here is a link to more information about the change and what the surcharge is used to fund.
State Telecommunications Relay Service Fund
This surcharge helps to fund relay centers that assist hearing and speech impaired individuals make and receive phone calls. Funds collected are remitted to the appropriate government authority administering the fund.
Excise Tax — Telecom Surcharge
Certain jurisdictions assess an excise tax on telecommunication services. Funds collected from this surcharge are remitted to the applicable government authority assessing the tax.
If you have any questions about the taxes or fees you are charged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

For further details, please visit https://protect.likewize.com/boostinfinite/
Since you’re getting billed automatically, this will only happen if your card expires or is rejected. Regardless, you’ll get a text and email notifying you of any payment failure.
To update a payment method, open your Boost Infinite app and select Settings in the top right. Scroll down and choose the Payment Methods option. You'll see your saved payment methods at the top of the screen. You can add any credit card under the Add Payment Method section.
